N.E. Engineering’s Mesh Belt 2-Belt Turntables provide flexible product rotation for applications where units need to change orientation within the material handling system. The two-belt design incorporates a center pop-up mechanism that lifts the unit from the conveyor surface, allowing the opposing belts to rotate the unit to the required position.
The system can rotate both single, non-strapped units and fully strapped units through 90°, 180°, 270°, or 360° depending on the requirements of the application. This provides the flexibility to orient products for downstream processing, storage, shipping, or other material handling requirements without requiring additional conveyor space or manual intervention.
