Keeping Your Automation Running.
Improving What Comes Next.

At Twin Valley Controls, we understand that keeping a manufacturing facility running is about more than responding when something breaks. From maintaining existing automation and identifying opportunities for improvement to planning upgrades and supporting new installations, our Parts & Service team helps clients get the most from their equipment and automation investment. We work alongside your existing team to understand your equipment, processes, and business priorities—providing practical solutions that can improve automation without unnecessarily replacing equipment that still has useful life.

Plan & Improve

Whether you’re planning a new facility, expanding an existing operation, or modifying your current factory layout, TVC can help develop an automation-focused approach to your facility design.

We work with your team to evaluate material flow, equipment placement, conveyor systems, automation requirements, operator access, and future expansion opportunities. By considering the entire manufacturing environment rather than individual pieces of equipment, we can help create layouts that improve efficiency while supporting your long-term operational goals.

For existing facilities, TVC can also help evaluate proposed modifications and develop practical solutions that work within the constraints of your current building and equipment.

TVC participates in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives to help manufacturing teams identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize automation, and support broader lean manufacturing goals.

Our automation experience allows us to bring a different perspective to the conversation—looking beyond the process itself to identify where controls, data, material handling, and automation can eliminate unnecessary steps, reduce operator burden, and improve consistency.

As manufacturers move toward Industry 5.0, the goal isn’t simply to automate more. It’s to create smarter, more adaptable operations where technology works alongside people to improve productivity, flexibility, and decision-making.

Sometimes the best automation solution isn’t replacing the equipment you already have.

TVC can perform machine and automation audits to identify process improvement opportunities, equipment limitations, and areas where automation can provide measurable benefits. We evaluate existing controls, machinery, material flow, operator interaction, and automation systems to determine where improvements can be made.

Our goal is to find practical opportunities to improve what you already own, whether that means updating controls, adding automation, improving data collection, modifying a process, or addressing a bottleneck.

Maintain & Support

When an automation system stops, production can stop with it. TVC provides onsite troubleshooting and maintenance support to help identify problems quickly and get your equipment back in operation.

Our team can support PLC, HMI, controls, sensors, networking, drives, automation hardware, and other electrical and control-system issues that can bring a production floor to a standstill.

Beyond emergency troubleshooting, TVC can also provide preventative maintenance support designed to identify potential issues before they result in unplanned downtime.

Having the right replacement part available when you need it can make the difference between a short interruption and extended downtime.

TVC’s Parts Department maintains a dedicated parts warehouse with an assortment of critical automation and control components in stock. Our parts support helps clients quickly source the components needed to maintain and repair their automation systems.

When a critical component is no longer readily available, TVC can also help identify replacement, upgrade, or modernization options rather than simply finding a temporary substitute.

Successful automation doesn’t end when the equipment is installed. Your operators and maintenance teams need to understand how the system works and how to respond when something doesn’t go as planned.

Through Kaizen events, onsite support, and automation projects, TVC can develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting documentation, and operator training materials tailored to your equipment and processes.

We focus on creating practical documentation that can be used on the plant floor—not simply technical documents that sit in a file cabinet.

Upgrade & Integrate

Outdated automation components don’t always fail when it’s convenient.

TVC can perform obsolescence audits to identify aging, discontinued, or difficult-to-source components before they become a production problem. We evaluate existing automation hardware and develop a prioritized upgrade plan based on equipment condition, component availability, production requirements, and your plant’s business priorities.

Rather than waiting for an obsolete component to fail, you can develop a planned path forward—allowing upgrades to be scheduled around your manufacturing needs instead of an unexpected breakdown.

Replacing an obsolete component or machine doesn’t always mean starting over.

TVC develops replacement and reintegration plans for existing automation systems as well as new equipment integrations. We consider how new components will interact with your existing controls, equipment, networks, software, and production processes.

Our goal is to develop a practical path from the existing system to the upgraded system while minimizing disruption to production. This can include bringing products from our strategic partners together so equipment, controls, and software work as one coordinated system.

Whether you’re replacing a single obsolete controller or planning a larger automation modernization project, TVC can help develop a strategy aligned with your operational and business priorities.

TVC provides installation support for both new automation systems and upgrades to existing equipment.

For projects where your plant has its own installation resources, we can provide installation supervision and technical direction, working alongside your team to ensure the system is installed correctly and according to the project requirements.

For projects requiring a complete installation solution, TVC can provide full turnkey installation with dedicated TVC installation teams. From equipment placement and electrical installation through controls integration and commissioning, we can provide the onsite resources needed to move a project from design to operation.
