Corner Pusher

N.E. Engineering’s Corner Pushers provide a flexible solution for moving units across the primary direction of conveyor flow when an XY conveyor cannot be utilized. The pusher mechanism moves the unit laterally from one conveyor path to another, allowing material to be routed around equipment, into storage areas, or toward another stage of the production process.

For applications where a sheet of dunnage needs to be placed beneath the unit during the transfer, an optional sheet clamp can be integrated into the downstream side of the pusher bar. This allows the unit to be pushed onto the dunnage as it moves into its new position, combining product transfer and dunnage placement into a single automated process.

NEE and TVC can configure the pusher around the unit size, weight, conveyor elevation, required travel distance, and available space. This provides an effective alternative when the footprint, unit characteristics, or layout makes a traditional XY conveyor impractical.
