Engineering’s Corner Pusher with Manual Pallet Inserters provides a practical solution for applications where units need to be placed onto pallets but the production volume or speed does not justify a fully automated palletizing system. The corner pusher moves the unit across the conveyor flow and into position over a manually positioned pallet.
The manual pallet inserter allows the pallet to be introduced into the system at the appropriate location, while the corner pusher provides the controlled movement necessary to transfer the unit onto the pallet. This eliminates the need for a forklift operator to manually pick and place each unit while still providing an efficient and economical solution for lower-volume applications.
