N.E. Engineering’s Ball Belt Quick Corners provide a fast and controlled method for changing the direction of bundles within a high-speed bundle handling system. The device allows bundles to make a 90° turn while maintaining efficient product flow and can be used to create pairs of units before they enter the next stage of the process.
Quick Corners can be configured with or without a backstop, depending on how the downstream process handles the bundles. When a backstop is required, the system can utilize either a manual adjustment or an automatic setup, providing flexibility for applications with consistent or changing bundle requirements.
The ability to quickly change direction and establish bundle positioning makes the Quick Corner particularly useful when downstream equipment requires bundles to enter in a specific configuration or as paired units.
