Power Lift Forklift Station

N.E. Engineering’s Power Lift Forklift Stations provide a versatile interface between automated conveyor systems and forklift operations when both loading and unloading are required at the same location. The powered lifting mechanism raises and lowers the unit to the appropriate working position, creating a controlled transition between the conveyor system and forklift.

This allows a single station to serve multiple material handling functions without requiring separate loading and unloading areas. The lift can position the unit at the appropriate elevation for forklift access while maintaining an organized and repeatable material flow through the automated system.

By combining powered elevation control with a dedicated forklift interface, NEE and TVC can help reduce the footprint required for manual interaction while improving the flexibility of the overall material handling system.
