N.E. Engineering’s Vertical Lifts provide an efficient way to move products and materials between different levels within a corrugated facility. The lifts can be equipped with roller conveyor or mesh belt conveyor, allowing units to remain within the automated material handling system as they move between floors or elevations.
Vertical lifts can also be configured to interface with transfer cars, providing a flexible connection between different areas of the facility. This allows NEE and TVC to design material handling systems that take advantage of vertical space while maintaining automated movement between production, WIP, converting, and finished goods areas.
The lift does not have to be limited to conveyor applications. It can also be used as a dedicated material transport solution when equipment or materials need to move between levels. For example, a lift can transport cutting dies, ink storage, or other materials between floors when the converting process and storage areas are located at different elevations.
NEE and TVC can design the lift around the required travel height, unit dimensions and weight, conveyor configuration, transfer car requirements, available floor space, and overall facility layout. Whether you are connecting automated conveyor systems or simply need a reliable way to move materials between levels, NEE and TVC can engineer a vertical lift around your specific facility requirements.
