N.E. Engineering’s XY Conveyor Rotators provide a flexible solution for handling units at 90° corners where the product may need to either maintain its leading-edge orientation or change orientation as it transfers through the system. The appropriate combination of rotator and XY conveyor movement is determined by how the unit needs to enter and exit the corner.
These systems can be configured in multiple sizes to accommodate different unit dimensions, weights, conveyor layouts, and available floor space. The result is a controlled method of changing direction while maintaining the product orientation required by downstream equipment.
NEE and TVC can evaluate the complete material flow and determine whether the application requires rotation, lateral transfer, or a combination of both. This allows the equipment to be engineered around the actual process requirements rather than simply the physical layout of the conveyor.
